Butterflies Nursery

Sponsoring local schools is not just a charitable act; it's an investment in the future of the community. Whether through financial contributions, volunteer time, or in-kind donations, sponsorships can make a significant difference in the quality of education and opportunities available to students. When we were asked to help Butterflies Nursery as part of our ongoing Social Value work with Charlton Triangle Homes, we jumped at the chance. We are passionate about education. Helping to make this nursery a safer and more engaging space for the students is our honour. We look forward to continuing this project in the months to follow.

Playground Works at Richard Cloudesley School

Building a Brighter Future Together!

At KBH Haus, we believe in giving back to our community. What could be more fun than giving back through creating new play areas and gardens for the children of our communities?

We recently had the privilege to lend a helping hand at Richard Cloudesley School by upgrading their play/garden area.

Our team volunteered their time, skills and resources to make this space a little brighter, a little more vibrant and a lot more joyful for the amazing students of the school.

This project was about kindness, compassion, and community.

KBH Innovation Improves Cost Efficiency

Innovation Spotlight:

Recently, Paul Barnard, one of our contract partnering managers, spearheaded the introduction of spraying techniques instead of conventional painting methods.

The transformation of a two-bedroom bungalow involved two hours for meticulous masking and preparation, followed by a swift 45-minute painting process for the entire property.

Paul Barnard lauded this new method as a game-changer, saving an impressive four days of labour on-site. This innovative approach has not only resulted in substantial time savings but has also contributed to a remarkable reduction in the end-to-end turnaround for voids, ultimately minimizing rental loss for our clients.

Well done Paul and the KBH Haus Team!

KBH Supports Diversity & Inclusion Job Fair

Recently our hiring team was invited to participate in a job fair for children with disabilities. We were honored to join the fair and engage with an excited group of soon-to-be entering the workforce youngsters.

As a company that supports diversity and inclusion, this was a chance to find new team members and continue to expand our team and its diverse group of experts.

We are committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment where everyone can thrive. This event reminded us of the importance of creating opportunities for all, and we are excited about the bright futures ahead for these exceptional young talents - hopefully many will be on a KBH site in the near future!
