Monthly Prize Draw – Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

• These terms and conditions (the "Terms") apply to the KBH Haus monthly prize draw (the "Draw"), run by KBH Building Services Limited, trading as KBH Haus (company number 09142184, registered office 110 Brooker Road, Waltham Abbey, England, EN9 1JH) ("KBH Haus", "we", "us").
• By entering the Draw, you agree to be bound by these Terms. We may amend these Terms from time to time; the current version will always be available at the link shown on our feedback survey.

2. Entering the Draw

• The Draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over living in a property that KBH Haus maintains.
• Employees of KBH Building Services Limited and its subcontractors, and their immediate family or household members, may not enter.
• No purchase is necessary. To enter, complete the KBH Haus resident feedback survey and tick the box confirming you are 18 or over, wish to be entered into the Draw, and are happy for KBH Haus to email you if you win. Entries are free and no other method of entry is offered.
• One entry will be accepted per household in each calendar month, regardless of how many times you submit feedback in that period.
• We cannot guarantee that every entry will reach us and accept no responsibility for entries lost or not received due to technical issues. Entries received after the end of a calendar month will count towards the following month's Draw.
• We reserve the right to verify eligibility at any time and to disqualify any entry that does not meet these Terms.

3. Winner selection and notification

• After each calendar month ends, one winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during that month.
• The winner will be notified by email from contact@kbhhaus.co.uk, using the email address given with their entry.
• The winner must respond within 14 days of being notified to claim their prize.
• If a winner cannot be reached, does not respond within 14 days, or is later found not to meet the eligibility criteria, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize offer and select an alternative winner at random from the remaining valid entries for that month.

4. The prize

• The prize is one £50 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card, awarded once per calendar month.
• The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available.
• If the advertised prize becomes unavailable, we may substitute it with an alternative of equivalent value.
• The prize will be sent electronically to the winner's email address. We are not responsible for the prize once it has been sent.
• You may not win more than one prize in the same calendar month.

5. Data protection

• We collect and process the personal data entrants provide (name, email address, and the property address linked to their feedback) solely to run the Draw, contact winners, and issue prizes.
• Your entry data will not be used for marketing without your separate consent, and is kept only for as long as needed to run the Draw and fulfil the prize.

6. Liability

• To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss, damage, or disappointment suffered by an entrant as a result of entering the Draw or receiving the prize.
• Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
• These Terms do not affect your statutory rights.

7. Other rules

• We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Draw at any time, including these Terms, for reasons beyond our reasonable control.
• Our decision on the running of the Draw and the selection of the winner is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
