Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement 2025/26

KBH Building Services Ltd (Trading as KBH Haus) is committed to conducting its business ethically and responsibly and has zero tolerance for modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, servitude or child labour within our business or supply chain.

This statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and describes the steps taken by KBH during the financial year ending 31 March 2026.

Our business and supply chain

KBH is a UK construction, property maintenance and compliance contractor. Our supply chain includes subcontractors, labour providers, manufacturers, merchants and suppliers of construction materials and specialist services.

We recognise that construction can present modern slavery risks, particularly through subcontracted or temporary labour and complex material supply chains.

Our approach

During 2025/26, KBH continued to manage modern slavery risk through our employment, procurement and supply-chain controls. These include:

  • undertaking appropriate right-to-work and pre-employment checks;
  • carrying out onboarding and compliance checks on subcontractors and suppliers;
  • expecting our supply chain to comply with applicable employment and modern slavery legislation;
  • maintaining routes for employees and workers to raise concerns regarding unethical practices or suspected exploitation;
  • investigating concerns identified within our operations or supply chain and taking appropriate action; and
  • considering modern slavery risks as part of our ongoing management of suppliers and subcontractors.

We do not knowingly engage with organisations involved in forced labour, human trafficking, servitude, child labour or other forms of exploitation.

KBH will continue to review its arrangements as the business and supply chain develop, with particular attention to subcontracted labour, recruitment practices and higher-risk or complex supply chains.
