client with a walk-in wardrobe and cinema room.
Works included:
• Basement tank out working alongside ‘Sovereign Chemicals,’ an accredited firm, to design a suitable tanking system with a 10-year warranty.
• A soundproofed cinema room.

Following a tender submission, KBH Haus was awarded this project to improve the building's ramp and brick work. The brick work and concrete ramp were not wide enough to allow proper access and egress in
time of an emergency. KBH Haus removed the old ramp and laid a new 100m concrete path layer where the
original ramp footprint had been in order to secure the surface. Requiring full demolition and concreting, KBH installed the new semi-permanent ramp once everything was set.
