KBH Haus was awarded this project following tender submission. The project started with
an Asbestos Survey, to which Asbestos was identified. This was removed by our approved Asbestos
Removal contractor. A Waste Consignment note and Air Test Certificate were issued to Newham Council.
Scaffolding was erected, and a temporary roof was installed to ensure that there was no water ingress to
the property. We installed new felt batten and a slate finish. We worked alongside building control and
the roof was signed off by building control upon completion.
